About Renessance-Dance & Bodywork

Renessance-Dance was born at the end of 2025 from my own immersive journey of healing, transformation, and reconnection (Bio). My name, René, means "reborn," and in many ways this path became exactly that for me — a renaissance of body, heart, and spirit.

The journey began in the autumn of 2024 during a plant-medicine retreat that shook me to my core and opened the door to a completely new way of experiencing life. Through Tantra, Bodywork, Conscious Dance, Meditation, Yoga, Breathwork, Massage, and authentic Human Connection, I discovered profound healing and transformation within myself.

Out of that experience, I felt called to create spaces where others can embark on their own renaissance — their own rebirth through the sacred acts of movement, touch, breath, sound, and silence.
